Jane Angel

DJ BIOGRAPHY

Despite her youthful looks, Jane is a stalwart of the house music scene, first working for the legendary club Angels Burnley under Paul Taylor in 1994. Jane began Djing in 1999 and by 2001 had established herself as a monthly resident for Angels Delights. Her superb mixing ability and extensive knowledge of house music made sure she always delivered and soon gained a huge following. Sell out nights followed at the re-named Angels Re-united at Qube in Rawtenstall, followed by guest spots at Spanish Fly, Happiness and Back to funk in Manchester.

In 2005, Jane became resident at the Miss Moneypennys tour night at XS Burnley playing alongside Jason Herd, Shovell, Abigail Bailey and Alex P. Her popularity at XS led to a further Monthly night being re-instated enlisting Jane, Claire and Flo Jo as Charlys Angels. Jane continues her residency for Angels Re-united and will be playing alongside Stu Allan, Anne Savage and Dave Seamen in the coming months of 2006.

Jane is also renowned for dressing up for the regular theme nights and even has established her own dance routines carried out by her legions of fans. By her own admission, she is as energetic behind the decks, as the crowd she plays too, so watch out. With her sexy blend of funky house and retro style Jane is simply angelic!

Jane is currently in the studio working on her first tracks for release in late 2006
